Another addition to the "Should This Exist?" column, the thirteenth release from Escape Cassettes is an exercise in ridiculousity. RON GRIFFIN made waves in tape trading circles with his a cappella non-hit "Your Love Is Real" that should have gone to the top of the charts. LAMAR (who may or may not actually be called LAMAR) made waves in our van after we recorded the HIGH ON CRIME LP and the engineer slipped us a copy of a mysterious and un/deniably brilliant track a local artist had recently recorded. There's no logical reason for this tape to exist in physical form, yet here it is. I'm sorry....
