ANCIENT CHINESE PENIS

The radio broadcast you never knew you didn't need to hear is finally available for you to probably never hear. Unless you're a glutton, a freak, a mutant, a curiosity seeker or a relic from early 1990s Norman, Oklahoma seeking a touch of nostagia. Rock 100.5 KATT in Oklahoma City had a local band feature on Sundays and DJ Greg "The Zube" Zubek would host, interview and hype up and comers looking to make a name for themselves in the local rock and cover band scene. Enter....ANCIENT CHINESE PENIS, who met the 'local' part of that criteria but not much else. Credit to The Zube who never once broke character, peppered in obligatory weiner jokes and took an embarrassing in-studio Twisted Sister cover with a kazoo solo in stride, and it still makes me smile to hear Metal Matt sneer 'fuck you cop' over commercial airwaves during "Man Behind The Moustache." Strictly limited to a one time pressing of 23 copies...which was probably about twenty too many.
